Do you charge a callout fee?
We give free, no-obligation quotes. For smaller repair work we'll be clear about the charging basis before we attend, so there's no surprise on the invoice.
Can you trace a leak I can't find?
Yes. Hidden leaks under floors, behind walls or within heating pipework are common, particularly in older properties. We locate the source before starting any repair rather than opening up on guesswork.
How quickly can you attend?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day, and can often attend urgent problems sooner depending on where you are in our coverage area. Call 07957 406968 and we'll tell you honestly when we can get to you.
Do you fit outside taps, washing machines and dishwashers?
Yes. Appliance installation and outside taps are routine work — done properly with the correct isolation valves and, for outside taps, a check valve to meet water regulations.
