Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Instantheat LTD is Gas Safe registered, registration number 201600. Every gas job we do is carried out and certified by a registered engineer.
How much does a boiler replacement cost?
It depends on your current setup, the boiler you need, and any extra work required (like moving pipework or upgrading the flue). We give a free survey and a fixed, upfront quote before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice. Check our current offer for our latest pricing and promotions.
How long does a boiler replacement take?
Most straightforward like-for-like boiler swaps are completed in a single day. More involved jobs, such as moving the boiler's location or upgrading the system, may take longer — we'll give you a time estimate as part of your quote.

What boiler brands do you install?
Our engineers are Ideal Max accredited installers. We're happy to discuss options if you have a preference for a different manufacturer.
Is your work insured and guaranteed?
Yes, we're fully insured, and boiler installations are backed by the manufacturer's warranty in addition to our own workmanship.
What happens after the installation is finished?
Every boiler is combustion tested and commissioned before we sign it off. You'll receive your Gas Safe registration confirmation, a completed Benchmark checklist, and your warranty registration — the paperwork you'll need for insurance or if you sell your home.
Do you install underfloor heating?
Yes. We design, fit and commission underfloor heating systems, including the manifold, pipework and zone balancing, for new builds, extensions and renovations.
