End-to-end bathroom renovations
From re-routing pipework to fitting your new suite, we handle the plumbing that makes a bathroom renovation actually work — not just look good on day one.
The plumbing side of your renovation
Moving pipework
Repositioning waste and supply pipes when a bathroom layout changes, not just working around the old one.
Fitting your suite
Baths, showers, basins and toilets fitted and properly sealed — including freestanding baths and wall-mounted fittings.
Leak-free finish
Every connection tested before we call the job done, so nothing shows up as a damp patch on the ceiling below a few months later.
Our renovation process
1. Plan the layout
We talk through what you want, where things can realistically go given your existing pipework, and give you an upfront quote.
2. Strip out & first fix
Old suite removed, pipework rerouted and pressure tested before anything is boxed in or tiled over.
3. Fit the new suite
Bath, shower, basin and toilet installed and connected, with waterproofing done properly around wet areas.
4. Test & snag
Full test of every tap, valve and connection, and a final walkthrough with you before we finish up.
Bathroom renovation questions
Do you handle the whole bathroom or only the plumbing?
We handle the plumbing side end to end — strip out, re-routing waste and supply pipework, fitting the suite, and testing every connection. We work alongside tilers and electricians where a job needs them, and can coordinate that for you so you're not managing several trades yourself.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A straightforward refit where the layout stays the same is usually around a week. Moving the toilet, bath or shower to a different wall means more pipework and takes longer. We'll give you a schedule with the quote so you know what to expect.
Can the toilet or bath be moved to a different position?
Usually yes, though moving a toilet is the most constrained because the waste needs adequate fall to the soil stack. We'll tell you at survey what's realistically achievable in your property rather than agreeing to a layout that won't drain properly.
Will everything be tested before you finish?
Yes. Every connection is pressure tested and checked before the job is signed off, and we walk through the finished bathroom with you. Leaks that show up as a damp patch on the ceiling below months later are almost always down to connections that were never properly tested.
